Through my professional and personal experiences I have developed resilience and resourcefulness, the courage to be vulnerable and brave, and the conviction to trust my instincts, imagination and skills.
I have strengths in creative and practical problem solving, building and maintaining relationships, crisis management, scenario visioning, strategy creating, and in holding silence.
Through reflective listening, thoughtful questioning and confidential conversation, I support people in positive growth and change.
As a coach, mentor and facilitator I draw upon experience gained through
- 25+ years work as an artist and cultural producer
- 10+ years work in the plumbing and heating sector
- 25 years education and engagement work in formal, gallery and independent settings
- 5 years in youth and housing work
- lived precarity and marginalisation
RATES
Coaching & Mentoring
£150/hr - booked by the hour
Reduced to £130/hr when booked as a 3 session online bundle - £390
The session is 50 minutes with 5 minutes either side as a buffer zone and for hellos, date-setting, etc.

I am registered with the DBS update service and carry professional, public and product liability insurance.

MENTORING
Mentoring is about fostering growth and building confidence to take your work forward with authenticity and purpose. As a mentor I offer a supportive space for open, reflective conversation.
Creative practitioners may use this offer to navigate career decisions, clarify their artistic or professional identity, or explore ambitions for work and practice. Independent groups and organisations may use mentoring to hone intention, improve collective working and support organisational development.

Guided Walks with East Pool Mine, 2025
FACILITATION & CONSULTANCY
I offer freelance facilitation and consultancy, that draws on my ReWilding Arts approach, and is also informed by my professional experience working in non-art sectors including as a heating specialist, and as a housing worker with the YWCA and co-founder of Truro Young Women’s Centre.
As an experienced facilitator, my role is to enable group or collective processes, helping people to work together, explore ideas and co-create solutions.
Working with me in this capacity might look like,
- A group activity or visual thinking session to generate new concepts
- Overseeing the co-creation of participatory projects, installations, or community art works
- Structured review and conversation within a workplace to strengthen team dynamics or drive organisational change
- Acting as a guest host for meetings to ensure all voices are heard and group discussions are generative
- Designing and delivering creative programmes and workshops for educational and public participants
- Reviewing a specific area of your organisation’s work to provide a critical artistic perspective.
Rates: Between £350 and £700 per day
