STUDIO SALE 2025

I am sharing some works on paper for sale over June and July to raise funds for material and time costs to make new work for my upcoming show Catching Copper, at Michell’s Engine House, National Trust East Pool Mine. The exhibition is self-funded so any sales made will make a significant impact in helping me to create new work and deliver public facing events during the show. 20% of the total sales will be donated to Medical Aid for Palestinians and Falmouth and Penryn Refugee Welcome (split equally between the two).

Some works have ‘hanging’ marks from steel pins, some others show marking from humidity moisture damage due to water ingress into my studio during storms earlier this year. The photographs of the works for sale include the marks of wear and damage, and the prices reflect this also. Please check the photographs before purchase, if you would like further details of specific works please email me.

All prices include UK postage. For more P&P details please scroll to the end of page.

About Cluster Drawings - A series that is feeling its way around forms of bugs, buds, ore & sea creatures. Working out ideas, textures and compositions for sculptural work. These drawings were transitioning my thinking from my Molluscs Hunt Wizards project, which began in 2013, to MESKLA | Brewyon Drudh (Mussel Gathering | Precious Fragments) which launched in 2022.

Mollusc Drawings were made throughout the Molluscs Hunt Wizards project, elements of which have shown at Harris Museum & Art Gallery (Preston), Pi Artworks (London), Robin Gibson (Sydney) and Agency (London).

About Entertainment Suite Drawings - Made in my studios at Spike Island, Bristol and later at The Old Police Station, Deptford, London, the Entertainment Suite work imagined a fragmented and moving stage for mutliple shifting performances, each one informing and influencing the others. All the works in this world revolve around a central modular sculpture which itself adjusts its presentation for each iteration. These drawings were thinking through form, colour, and how different objects move in relation to each other.

Entertainment Suite works have been seen in the solo shows Entertaining at The Dust Lounge, Exeter Phoenix, 2010, and Rising Cities Float at The Agency Gallery, London, 2011, and group shows including, Strange Loops, Generator Projects, Dundee, 2011, and Oculist Witnesses: According to Duchamp at the Harris Museum and Art Gallery, Preston, 2015.
