What is Your Delivery Charge and How Long will the it Take?
We only post to UK addresses and the delivery charge is free for standard delivery (4 - 8 working days from the order being placed).

We accept payments by card via Stripe, a secure payment processing platform. We don’t store any of your card information.
Is My Information Safe?
Your payment details will be managed by Stripe, and you can view their privacy and security information on their website. Your personal information is managed safely and carefully by us, and won’t be passed on to third party.

Orders and Returns

Can I Cancel my Purchase?
You are able to cancel your purchase if it hasn’t been dispatched, please get in touch with us as soon as you need to cancel, and we will refund you when the cancellation is confirmed.
Can I Return a Purchase?
We hope you love your purchase, but if for some reason you need to return the purchase, we request that you let us know as soon as possible, and within 7 working days of receiving the order, this must be done in writing (including email) shop@sovayberriman.co.uk.

The order must be returned to the us within 10 working days of receiving of the order. The items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. However, if returning within 10 working days is not possible, please let us know so asn soon as possible as failure to return the items within 10 working days may cancel your refund request.

We will refund the value of the purchase once we have recieved the return. The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility and we recommend you use registered delivery and keep a receipt as we cannot accept responsibility for orders lost or damaged in transit by a third party and so you will be liable for any damage or loss.

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
When you register for a service provided by us (such as being a registered member or subscribing to our Newsletter or Journal posts), make an order from us, complete a transaction, verify your credit/debt card details, arrange for a delivery or if you email us or report a problem about our Website to us we will ask for and, if provided, collect and process information about you. IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES

We may also collect information about your computer including, where available, your IP address, operating system and browser type, this is for system administration and to report aggregate information to any advertisers we may have now or in the future. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
All personal date stored on our Website’s data storage and database, are on a secure server behind a firewall. We may download the personal data and other data stored on our website. We will take reasonable care to maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of your personal data, as defined in the GDPR, in accordance with the GDPR.

When you pay for a product on our Website the transaction is carried out using  secure payment gateway – Stripe. Stripe encrypt card information through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard and your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your transaction. After the transaction is complete the purchase transaction information is deleted.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will take reasonable care to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of the personal data you provide to us; any transmission is at your own risk.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We may disclose your personal data to third parties, as follows:
  • in order that we may deliver any ordered products to you we must disclose your name, delivery address and telephone number to the delivery company or companies we use;
  • when you sign up to receive our Newsletters, your name and email address is added to a subscriber list which is hosted and stored by a company called The Rocket Science Group, who use the trading name MailChimp. The subscriber list held by MailChimp is stored on a secure server and MailChimp state that they will not under any circumstances sell the list, contact people on the list, market to people on the list or share the list with anyone unless required to do so by law.   • when you make a payment through our Website you may choose card payment. All card payments are processed through through Stripe. This means that Stripe handles the transaction on our behalf and we do not at any time gain access to your credit/debit card details, except your address which is necessary in order for us to fulfil your order. Stripe receive your credit/debit card details and encrypt every transaction using 128-bit SSL certificates.

Stripe and Mail Chimp may use third party providers to carry out the services they provide to us and may disclose personal data to the extent necessary to allow them to perform their services.
